:: Type of pets ::

A reasonable limit is fixed at 4 companions per displacement . For more pets, you will need to pay an additional fee of CHF 5.- per animal.

We take care of all “classical” pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, fish, chickens, ducks, birds, donkeys, etc.. Understanding that we do not offer a pension service, but we go to your home only.

NPAs and other types are also supported, provided that their care can be performed without special skills and without any danger.

We ask your pet to be in general good health and does not require special medical care Vaccination OK). Any chronic illness or specificity should be stated and considered together in order to act in the best possible way for your companion.

:: Displacement ::

Wherever possible, we prefer travel as green as possible: on foot, bicycle, train, and if really necessary, by car.

To date, we are two people to provide this service outside of main activity. We try to be as available as possible to help you better plan your needs and our possibilities.

Except for a very special case, we do not make more than one visit per day to a given location.

:: Pre-visit ::

The pre-visit aims to meet and to introduce us, to tame (pets & humans) and to inform all practical pieces of information, details about keys, etc.. It generally takes between 30 and 45 minutes.

In the case of regular use of our services, it will not be systematic and necessary, but may occur more widely spaced to maintain contact and updated information.

The pre-visit is not charged and held ideally about a week before your absence, even if last minute planning.

:: Visit ::

First thing consisting to see that your pet(s) is/are doing well and to ensure a presence in his/her/their side.

After some hugs, some kisses, and words exchanged, it is time to clean the bowls and feed him/her/them according to your instructions. Then, once he/she/they is (are) busy to eat, we take care of clean living areas, litter and other favorite places of your pet(s).

Depending on the type of pet it is question, the duration of the visit may be variable but will be a minimum of 30 minutes, so he feels a presence at once reassuring and entertaining.

For dogs (possibly cats and rabbits) used to the leash, a walk can be viewed on request and on instructions from you.

Any other action should be done specifically requested and studied together, how to act once again the best possible way for your companion.

:: Invoicing ::

For new customer, we make a proposal and ask the pre-payment (Swiss Francs or Euros, by cash or via CCP/IBAN).

Pour tout nouveau client, nous demandons le règlement anticipé (par versement sur CCP) ou comptant lors de la pré-visite du montant correspondant à un déplacement selon votre zone.

We also offer a prepaid cards system of 5, 10 or 20 visits with discount prices. It may be profitable from your first holiday season, so think ahead!
